  • Lead high‑performing teams across data architecture, data engineering, and platform engineering.
  • Define architectural standards that ensure scalability, interoperability, and resilience.
  • Collaborate with technology and business leaders to ensure data capabilities meet evolving needs.
  • Ensure the data ecosystem is optimized to support AI and machine learning initiatives led by other teams.
  • Anticipate future AI requirements and proactively evolve data structures, pipelines, and governance.
  • Evaluate emerging data and AI technologies to keep the organization ahead of the curve.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CITO and executive leadership on data‑driven opportunities.
  • Build strong cross‑functional relationships to ensure alignment, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
  • Inspire and mentor teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience to be Successful:

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, engineering, or related fields, including 5+ years in a senior executive or CDO‑level role.
  • Proven success building and scaling enterprise data platforms and modern data architectures.
  • Deep expertise in data governance, data engineering, analytics enablement, and strong familiarity with AI/ML concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast‑paced, outcomes‑driven environment with a strong bias for action.
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of enabling measurable business value through data.

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Experience driving organizational change and building data‑driven cultures.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory, ethical, and security considerations related to data and AI.
