Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Chapel Hill, NC & Hillsborough, NC, for a Public Health Nurse. In this position, the Public Health Nurse will provide health education, preventative care, and clinical services to individuals and communities. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, administering vaccinations, coordinating care plans, and promoting community health initiatives. The nurse will collaborate with healthcare teams, perform case management duties, and educate residents on health practices to improve public health outcomes.
