Robert Half’s client is looking for a Visual Merchandising Associate Manager for a temporary contract role in Boston. This is a hybrid, 40-hour-per-week opportunity; candidates must be open to working onsite 3 days-per-week. This role supports wholesale visual merchandising initiatives across North America. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for partnering with creative and operations teams to execute in‑store experiences, maintain brand standards, and support sell‑through performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute visual merchandising concepts across assigned accounts
• Partner with creative and operations teams to brief needs, align timelines, and support delivery
• Manage refresh and maintenance schedules for graphics, fixtures, and visual assets
• Coordinate third‑party visual merchandising vendors for rollouts and installations
• Support showroom setups, account presentations, decks, and special events
• Assist with market visits and provide recaps and insights to internal teams
• Ensure visual execution aligns with brand guidelines across multiple wholesale environments
• Use sell‑through data and performance insights to inform presentation strategies
• Leverage visual merchandising and floor‑planning tools to support layouts

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of visual merchandising experience, preferably in a wholesale environment
• Degree in visual merchandising, fashion design, retail marketing, or similar
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience using visual merchandising or floor‑planning software
• Strong eye for merchandising, styling, fixtures, and store layouts
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends
• Ability to travel and off-hours work may be required
