The Role

Tri Scapes has partnered with TotalPML in Sanford, FL and are seeking a dedicated Installation & Enhancement Manager to lead our landscape and outdoor improvement projects. This role is for a leader who enjoys the balance of technical horticulture, construction oversight, and team mentorship. You will be responsible for transforming designs into high-quality outdoor environments, ensuring every project is executed with precision, safety, and aesthetic excellence.

Duties

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of landscape installations, including site preparation, grading, irrigation, and complex plantings
• Supervise and mentor crews of landscapers and horticulturists, fostering an efficient workflow and a commitment to high standards
• Develop project timelines and budgets, ensuring resources and materials are procured to meet client specifications without compromising quality
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, verify safety compliance, and ensure all work meets environmental regulations
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing expert recommendations on sustainable solutions and design enhancements

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of landscape maintenance, horticulture best practices, and tree care, including risk assessment and disease management.
• Practical experience with outdoor builds, such as irrigation systems, retaining walls, and pathways.
• A proven track record of leading teams in construction or outdoor environments, with a focus on safety and professional development.
• Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously, from detailed documentation to budget management.
• A commitment to implementing eco-friendly landscaping practices and staying current with industry innovations.
