The Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing outdoor power equipment, including chainsaws, trimmers, blowers, and other gas- and battery-powered tools. This role ensures equipment is restored to safe, reliable working condition while delivering excellent customer service and technical support.
