A day in the life
You start your day by reviewing preventive maintenance schedules for production lines and the warehouse facility. A call comes in: a machine has gone down mid-run. You arrive, isolate energy sources, and get to work—diagnosing mechanical wear, tracing an electrical fault with schematics, checking pneumatic pressures and hydraulic flows, and using PLC troubleshooting to identify the source of the stoppage. You replace a component, verify operation, document the fix with the required production forms, and the line is back up safely and quickly. Later, you’ll perform scheduled PMs, tidy your work area, and join a brief training session aligned to our continuous improvement goals.
