This individual will play a strategic role in driving hiring initiatives, partnering closely with business leaders, and elevating the candidate experience while attracting world-class talent. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop compelling job descriptions. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process in partnership with recruiting coordinators to ensure a seamless, efficient, and inclusive hiring experience. Proactively source, engage, and convert passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search techniques, and other innovative sourcing strategies. Screen and assess candidates through resume reviews and pre-screen interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and culture alignment. Champion an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and professionalism from initial outreach through offer stage. Track, analyze, and report on recruiting KPIs to optimize sourcing strategies and improve process efficiencies. Strengthen employer brand by effectively communicating company mission, values, and culture to top technical talent. Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent market insights to advise hiring managers effectively. Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and department leaders to align hiring priorities and workforce planning strategies. Qualifications 7–10+ years of technical recruiting experience with a proven track record of hiring top engineering, product, and IT talent. Strong expertise in sourcing and engaging passive candidates across multiple platforms. Solid understanding of technical roles, required skill sets, and industry hiring trends. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., SmartRecruiters) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search). Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and measurable results.
