Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or food service recruiting experience preferred
  • Proven ability to source and place hospitality professionals
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Daily Responsibilities
  • Source, identify, and recruit qualified candidates for hospitality and restaurant positions.
  • Review and evaluate resumes to identify top talent for management, culinary, and front-line roles.
  • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess experience, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and clients.
  • Evaluate candidates' leadership abilities, customer service skills, and operational expertise.
  • Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer acceptance.
  • Conduct reference and employment verification checks.
  • Manage multiple open positions while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies through job boards, social media, networking events, and industry referrals.
  • Build lasting relationships with hospitality professionals and hiring organizations.
