Infiniti of Akron is seeking a dedicated and experienced Automotive Parts Manager to join our team in Akron, OH. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the parts department, ensuring efficient inventory management and exceptional customer service to support our automotive service and sales teams.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the ordering, receiving, stocking, and selling of automotive parts and accessories.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and control parts stock levels to meet service demands.
  • Provide expert knowledge to customers and service staff regarding parts availability and specifications.
  • Supervise and train parts department staff to promote high performance and excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with service and sales departments to facilitate smooth operations and timely parts delivery.

Requirements
