What You’ll Do as a Hospitality Recruiter

• Source, recruit, and place top-tier restaurant managers, chefs, general managers, multi-unit operators, and hospitality executives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients using advanced recruiting tools, databases, and networking strategies.
• Partner with premier restaurant and hotel brands across the country to understand their hiring needs and deliver high-quality talent.
• Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset while benefiting from an established national infrastructure and support system.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on restaurant or hospitality industry experience (strongly preferred).
• Solid understanding of restaurant management structures, operations, and key roles.
• Previous recruiting, sales, or talent acquisition experience (a big plus).
• Proficiency with internet research, Boolean search techniques, Microsoft Office, and modern recruiting platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, professionalism, high integrity, and strong emotional intelligence.
• Self-motivated, organized, and entrepreneurial with the discipline to succeed in a remote environment.
