Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid teaching certification in elementary or secondary education
• ESL/TESOL endorsement or experience supporting English Language Learners
• Proven capacity to deliver engaging lessons across multiple disciplines
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to differentiate instruction for students of varying proficiency levels
• Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) is a plus
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive, and supportive classroom culture

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement engaging lesson plans for both general education and ESL students
• Assess student progress using formative and summative measures
• Collaborate with colleagues, specialists, and families to enhance student learning

• Maintain organized records and participate in meetings as needed
• Adapt instruction to meet diverse learning needs and backgrounds
