Gardner Health Services is currently recruiting to fill the following Dental Assistantpositions:
- Full-time, 40 hours/week, full-benefits position based out of the CompreCare Health Center located in San Jose, California.
- Part-time, 16 hours/week, non-benefitted position based out of the Saint James Health Center located in San Jose, California
- Part-time, 8 hours/week, non-benefitted position based out of the AlumRock Health Center located in San Jose, California.
- Part-time, 8 hour/week (Saturday Shift Only), non-benefited position based out of the CompreCare Health Center located in San Jose, California.
Dental Assistants perform a variety of duties to assist the Dentist with the examination and treatment of patients. Both registered and non-registered Dental Assistants are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, organized, with strong customer service skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required .
HIRING BONUS! Gardner Health Services is now offering a $2,000 hiring bonus for qualified Dental Assistants! Dental Assistants will be paid half of the bonus at the time of hire and half at the successful completion of 6-months employment. The bonus will be prorated based on level of full-time equivalency (FTE).

Minimum Qualifications: The minimum qualifications of these positions are listed below. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Dental X-Ray Certification
- Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred
- Current RDA Licensure (California)
- Two Years' Experience as RDA Preferred

Compensation: Compensation and level of position placement will be determined based on relevant experience and education.
Dental Assistant - $21.67 - $25.88/hourly
Registered Dental Assistant - $22.27 - $28.21/hourly
