We are looking for a high school senior or undergraduate student with an interest in case management, communication, non-profits, or other similar fields. This role works directly with the Director of Case Management and the Intake Coordinator and Front Desk Receptionist to take calls, connect families with the needed program, and conduct intake interviews to match families with a case manager. Required Experience and Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with families, colleagues, and community partners. Proficiency in managing multiple tasks, keeping accurate records, and maintaining organized documentation. Working well with other team members, community partners, and external organizations to provide comprehensive support. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive organizational culture. Valid Texas Driver License. Reliable transportation. Desired but not required traits: Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required). Job Duties Answer calls coming through the front desk and assess the needs of the family to connect them to the needed program. Schedule and conduct intake interviews. Update Client Track with case notes. Collect data needed to fulfill grant requirements.
