About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization in its mission of economic mobility through mentorship. They must be adept at translating vision into action, setting clear priorities, and maintaining flexibility in a changing environment. Strong leadership and management skills are essential, as is the ability to foster a mission-aligned, inclusive culture and drive program excellence through data and learning. The role demands a leader with strong strategic judgment, particularly in resource allocation, and experience in leveraging partnership-driven models for scale.
