Warehouse Associate (Temp-to-Hire)

PrideStaff is seeking two energetic, hardworking individuals for a Warehouse Associate position with a premier Blue Ash company in the electrical supply distribution industry. Position Overview

• Pay Rate: $20.00/hour (with potential for incremental increases)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Overtime: Candidates must be available for overtime and occasional weekend work.
• Location: Blue Ash, OH
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Core Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship electrical supply orders while ensuring all documentation is accurate.
• Receiving & Inventory: Receive incoming materials, organize product efficiently, and restock inventory as needed.
• Forklift Operation: Safely operate both Stand-up and Sit-down forklifts to move material throughout the yard and warehouse. (CLIENT WILL TRAIN ON THIS EQUIPMENT IF NO EXPERIENCE)
• Maintenance: Perform general warehouse cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure an organized and safe workspace.
• Logistics: Pull products from the yard and warehouse as required to meet shipping deadlines.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred. Knowledge of Plumbing or Electrical supplies is a major asset.
• Forklift Skills: Client will train if no experience Proficiency with both Sit-down and Stand-up forklifts. While current certification is preferred, we are open to experienced operators.
• PPE: Steel-toe boots are required for this position.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and enjoy physical labor.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Strong communication, punctuality, and a strong aptitude for performing tasks accurately under deadlines.
• Compliance: Final candidates will be required to undergo and pass pre-employment screenings.
