The Role You will be responsible for editing short‑form video content across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms to engage millions of consumers. Your content will elevate ad performance with measurable results across our brand portfolio, particularly FinanceBuzz. In addition to a sharp creative sense and editing skills, you will bring innovative ideas that drive optimization and align videos with campaign objectives. Responsibilities Edit high‑quality, UGC‑style video ads for platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Contribute to pre‑packaging—titles and thumbnail concepts—for your videos. Pay close attention to comments and feedback across all channels. Record a‑roll, b‑roll, and other UGC‑style content from time to time. Leverage AI tools to create new concepts, hooks, and b‑roll. Qualifications & Skills Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere. Experience with AI tools such as ArcAds, VEO, Nano Banana, Claude. Deep understanding of short‑form content: hooks, storytelling, pacing, and strategy. Proven success editing short‑form content for growing accounts. Passion for developing eye‑catching creative assets to drive engagement (CTR, CPA) and positive ROI. Analytical skills with a basic understanding of paid advertising KPIs. Staying on top of trends on YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook. Willingness to work in a fast‑paced environment and openness to change. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.
