Job Description J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management delivers industry-leading investment management and private banking solutions. Wealth Management, which includes the US Private Bank, helps individuals, families and foundations take a more intentional approach to their wealth or finances to better define, focus and realize their goals. The Strategy team manages mission-critical projects ranging from developing growth strategies, to assessing and planning entry into new markets, to implementing organizational restructurings and operational efficiencies, and more. Projects are typically team-based and include close collaboration with senior executives. As a US Private Bank Strategy Associate, you will play a pivotal role in propelling key projects. Your responsibilities will include conducting and managing detailed analyses, and creating comprehensive presentations related to strategic planning, business enhancement, and optimization. You will also participate in various internal consulting initiatives. You will collaborate closely with senior team members in conducting analysis and research, and work extensively with other colleagues across Asset and Wealth Management, including investment professionals, client advisors/market managers, and functional teams. This role offers you the chance to formulate and present recommendations to senior leadership and engage in regular interactions with senior management. Job Responsibilities: Develop and drive the strategic priorities for the USPB, and for the AWM line of business more broadly, serving as an objective thought partner to the C-Suite and other senior leaders Collaborate with teams across LOBs and across functional areas including sales, marketing, product, finance, risk, operations, data science, product, and technology team members Structure and conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to derive strategic recommendations for business development and optimization, including organic and inorganic opportunities for growth Build decision frameworks, methodologies, and strategic recommendations that drive key business priorities and change efforts Analyze operational and financial data to determine P&L impacts, uncover insights, and support business decision-making Research and analyze industry landscape to evaluate new opportunities and identify emerging trends Support creation of CEO-level executive communications Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills: 3+ years in consulting with a top-tier management consulting firm or an internal consulting / corporate strategy team, or equivalent experience Ability to provide structure in ambiguous situations and apply analytical tools to develop solutions Strong client management and executive-level communication skills Open, collaborative, team-oriented operating style About Us JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
