What You’ll Do: Service and maintain Uninterruptible Power Supply systems at mission-critical facilities throughout the Nashville region Execute scheduled preventive maintenance and respond to emergency service calls for UPS and battery systems Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical failures across multiple UPS manufacturer platforms Perform battery testing, analysis, monitoring, and replacement operations Maintain detailed service documentation and generate comprehensive reports for clients Deliver expert technical guidance to customers on system optimization and performance improvements Build strong client relationships through responsive, professional service delivery Engage in continuous training to master new technologies and equipment What You Bring: Proven electrical and mechanical diagnostic capabilities Background in UPS/battery systems or strong aptitude to learn critical power technology Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation Sharp analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail Professional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset Clean driving record and valid driver's license Physical capability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied site conditions Comfortable with computer systems for service tracking and reporting Bonus Qualifications: Hands-on experience with critical power infrastructure or UPS equipment Technical certifications in electrical, HVAC, or related fields Background servicing data center or industrial environments This Role Offers: True work-life balance - sleep in your own bed every night Stay local - Nashville territory only, zero out-of-state assignments Expert-level training across all major UPS manufacturers Strong compensation and benefits Hands-on work with state-of-the-art critical power infrastructure #J-18808-Ljbffr Venda Search
