What You’ll Do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates throughout their journey
• Partner with Account Managers and Client Solutions Managers to develop and execute recruiting strategies
• Source high-level talent across technical areas including: Application Development, Analysis, Cybersecurity, Project Management & Quality Assurance
• Utilize job boards, recruiting tools, and creative sourcing strategies to identify both active and passive candidates
• Leverage social media and networking to build a strong talent pipeline
• Evaluate candidate qualifications and provide strategic hiring recommendations aligned with client needs
• Manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Coordinate interviews and lead post-interview debriefs and feedback loops
• Negotiate offers with a focus on market competitiveness and client requirements
• Continuously analyze recruiting performance and optimize processes using data-driven insights
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ year of technical recruiting experience
• Strong ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Experience with job boards, sourcing tools, and recruiting platforms
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
• Experience with Bullhorn is a plus
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills and sound judgment
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
