Job Description
A growing back office support Company, with a heavy concentration in providing support to Government Contractor s is seeking energetic well rounded Senior Staff Accountant for a fast paced, deadline driven environment. This position will support our clients in all aspects of accounting, including invoicing, a/p, a/r , payroll, month end close, financial statement analysis, review of contract modifications and job costing.
Compensation is based on relevant experience . Excellent benefits.
Qualifications:
7 to 10 years related experience in public accounting , government accounting or job cost environment
Undergraduate degree in Accounting, required. CPA a plus.
Proficient with Microsoft Suite
Excellent oral and written communication skills a must
MS Dynamic, Deltek, or Quickbooks system experience a plus
Any Government Contract Accounting experience and knowledge of the FAR highly desired
Offices are located in Annapolis Junction and New Market, MD
