Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Equities Electronic Sales Trader to join its U.S. Markets division in New York. This role sits at the intersection of client coverage, trading technology, and market microstructure, supporting institutional clients in optimizing execution through advanced algorithmic and program trading solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing institutional clients while developing new trading partnerships to expand market share.

• Advise clients on execution strategy selection, including ongoing performance analysis and transaction cost analysis (TCA) reviews.

• Provide insight into market structure developments, including liquidity trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver market intelligence and client feedback that informs product development and platform enhancements.

• Collaborate closely with quantitative research teams to support client-specific customization and execution solutions.

• Drive strategic initiatives and execute growth plans within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

Required :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; FINRA Series 7TO, 57, and 63 licenses required.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience covering institutional clients in a sales or sales trading capacity, with a demonstrated track record of revenue generation.

• Strong expertise in electronic trading platforms, execution strategies, and equity market structure.

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

• High standards of integrity, accountability, and risk management.

• Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated interest in financial markets and trading technology, with an appreciation for the evolving electronic trading landscape.
