Job Description

This contract opportunity is for Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) or Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to provide 1:1 care in a school setting located in Nashua, NH and Manchester, NH. These full-time positions focus on supporting students with diverse medical and personal care needs throughout the school day.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 assistance to students requiring specialized care in a school environment.
• Support medical care including tracheostomy, G-tube feeding, ventilation, seizure monitoring, and diabetic care as applicable.
• Assist with toileting and personal hygiene needs.
• Provide additional support with academics during the school day as needed.
• Accompany students on the bus, ensuring safety and comfort during transportation.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support individualized care and educational plans.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) license.
• Experience providing direct care to individuals with complex medical needs.
• Comfort and willingness to perform tasks such as tracheostomy care, G-tube feeding, ventilation assistance, seizure first aid, diabetic care, and toileting support.
• Flexibility and readiness to accompany students on school bus rides.
• Professional communication skills and ability to work independently within a school team.

• Positions available in Nashua, NH and Manchester, NH.
