Professional Voice Actor - German (AI Training)

About the Role

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working voice professionals. No AI background needed - just a trained voice, a professional setup, and a sharp ear for quality.

What You'll Do

• Record professional-grade German voice audio using a large diaphragm microphone, following provided scripts and prompts
• Evaluate AI-generated speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, and emotional expression
• Provide detailed, actionable feedback to improve synthesized German voice outputs
• Review scripts and suggest adjustments to enhance clarity and ensure natural-sounding delivery
• Work independently and asynchronously - fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Experienced voice actor, narrator, audiobook reader, or voice-over professional
• Native or near-native fluency in German with strong command of natural spoken delivery
• Owner of a large diaphragm microphone and access to a quiet, acoustically controlled recording space
• Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently
• Sharp ear for nuance - you notice subtle differences in tone, rhythm, and pronunciation
• No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience across multiple voice acting styles - commercial, narrative, character, corporate
• Familiarity with audio editing tools or DAW software
• Knowledge of regional German dialect variations - Standard German, Austrian, Swiss, or otherwise
• Background in linguistics, broadcasting, theatre, or audio production
