Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care in our faith-based, community clinic. In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat musculoskeletal and functional conditions, create individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary primary care, dental, and behavioral health team. You’ll educate patients on home programs and wellness, document in our EMR, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
