This role is heavily focused on Workday payroll operations, advanced Excel usage (including macros), and ensuring payroll accuracy through audits, validations, and ticket resolution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in managing payroll cycles while collaborating cross-functionally with HR, HRIS, IT, and Accounting. Key Responsibilities Process bi-weekly payroll cycles in Workday, including pay calculations, audits, and validations Perform payroll data analysis and reporting, leveraging advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros) Manage payroll-related Zendesk tickets, including research, issue resolution, and cross-team coordination Conduct payroll audits and validations to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations Support off-cycle payroll processing, including direct deposit corrections, stop payments, and voids Assist with quarterly and year-end payroll activities, including audit support and reconciliations Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity across payroll, HRIS, and accounting systems Identify process improvements and contribute to documentation of payroll workflows #J-18808-Ljbffr
