Job Description Job Description OWNER OPERATOR POSITION – WEEKLY GUARANTEED PAY (OTR SEMI TRUCKS) Go Shippy LLC is currently onboarding experienced CDL-A owner operators for a structured over-the-road program with consistent freight and full dispatch support. COMPENSATION Weekly guaranteed pay: $5,000 (based on equipment and performance) Weekly settlements paid on time Consistent earning potential based on active participation in the dispatch program WHAT WE PROVIDE Consistent over-the-road freight (no load hunting required) Full dispatch service (we book and assign all loads) Established freight lanes designed to keep trucks moving 24/7 operational support Weekly pay structure with performance-based expectations OPERATIONAL EXPECTATIONS Drivers are expected to remain available for dispatch throughout the work week, accept assigned loads within hours of service compliance, maintain consistent weekly activity to support freight flow, and communicate promptly regarding any delays, issues, or downtime. Drivers must operate safely and remain DOT compliant at all times.
