Position Summary We are seeking a seasoned Network Engineer to design, implement, optimize, and support a complex, multi-site enterprise network. This role is responsible for maintaining highly available, secure, and scalable infrastructure across routing, switching, SD‑WAN, wireless, and firewall platforms. The right person is hands‑on, comfortable in production, capable of architectural thinking, and able to partner with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to keep the business running. This is not an entry‑level operations job. We need someone who can own the network. What You’ll Do Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise routing and switching environments. Lead configuration, optimization, and lifecycle management of Cisco, Juniper, and Meraki platforms. Implement and support SD‑WAN solutions including policy design, traffic engineering, and failover strategies. Manage next‑generation firewall technologies, VPNs, segmentation, and secure connectivity. Monitor performance, troubleshoot outages, and drive root‑cause analysis for complex incidents. Participate in network architecture planning, capacity forecasting, and modernization efforts. Create and maintain network diagrams, standards, and operational documentation. Collaborate with cybersecurity, server, cloud, and application teams to ensure resilient integrations. Provide escalation support for high‑priority production issues. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to operational maturity and best practices. Deep expertise in enterprise routing and switching. Strong hands‑on background with Palo Alto firewalls. Proven experience implementing or supporting SD‑WAN. Ability to troubleshoot across layers (routing, security, transport). Experience working in distributed, multi‑location environments.
