Responsibilities Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems and components Create and modify 2D/3D CAD models and engineering drawings (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) Support testing, validation, and analysis of mechanical designs Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, electrical, and quality Participate in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues Ensure compliance with U.S. industry standards, codes, and safety regulations Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations Support continuous improvement initiatives in design and production processes Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering or related field – Required Master’s Degree (M.S./M.E.) in Mechanical Engineering – Preferred (not mandatory for entry-level roles) Required Skills Basic understanding of mechanical engineering principles (thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, materials) Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting Preferred Skills Internship, co-op, or academic project experience in mechanical design or manufacturing Exposure to simulation tools (ANSYS, MATLAB, or similar) Knowledge of U.S. engineering standards (ASME, ASTM, etc.) Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (CNC, injection molding, etc.) Pay range and compensation package Location Multiple Locations Across the United States (On-site/Hybrid/Remote options may vary) Job Type Full-Time Experience Level Entry-Level (0–2 years) Equal Opportunity Statement Must be authorized to work in the United States (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa as applicable) #J-18808-Ljbffr Vizva Consultancy Services
