We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to play a key role in delivering high-performance mechanical systems from design through construction, contributing to energy-efficient, sustainable builds across Colorado. This position will be ideal for a candidate with a solid background in HVAC and MEP principals, looking to advance their career with a company that supports professional growth and development. Key Responsibilities Design and develop mechanical systems for commercial buildings (HVAC, plumbing, ventilation, etc.) Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to deliver integrated building solutions Prepare and review detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports Support LEED certification and sustainable design initiatives on projects Ensure compliance with local codes, industry standards, and client requirements Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement processes What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline) Track record of relevant MEP/HVAC design experience, preferably in the commercial sector Proficiency with design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and load calculation software Strong communication and project coordination skills EIT certification a plus, but not required.
