Franciscan Ministries, a faith-inspired nonprofit in Baltimore, MD, seeks an MDS Registered Nurse to support adults with developmental disabilities in our Healthcare & Medical Services Department. The MDS RN will coordinate and complete accurate, timely MDS 3.0 assessments, lead the RAI process, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop person-centered care plans that promote dignity, independence, and community inclusion. Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing documentation for appropriate reimbursement, tracking quality measures, and educating staff on MDS best practices.
