Position Overview This full‑time Maintenance Technician II will work at Camellia Place, a 112‑unit affordable family housing community in Dublin, CA. The role requires 2+ years of apartment maintenance experience and knowledge in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance. The technician will perform duties such as repairs, janitorial tasks, and maintaining property systems. Responsibilities Lock and key replacement/repair, including weather stripping, door and window functioning, and locks. Interior repairs related to walls and doors. Electrical repairs: fixtures, lights, plugs and switches. Change AC filters, check coils, clean and repair as needed. Conduct annual unit inspections. Ensure unit turnover within 5 days. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. At least 2 years of related apartment maintenance experience. Knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance. Current driver’s license with clean driving record. Reliable transportation. HVAC certification preferred.
