Legal Assistant - Civil Litigation (Temp to Perm)
Well‑established national law firm is seeking a Legal Assistant to support a busy civil litigation team. This temp‑to‑perm role involves preparing and formatting pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents; filing and serving documents in state and federal courts; managing attorney calendars and litigation deadlines; coordinating trial preparation; and providing general administrative support.
Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of civil litigation legal assistant experience (defense preferred), strong court‑filing knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the desire to convert to a long‑term role. Hybrid schedule: 3 days in Office/ 2 days WFH
