Lawn Care Manager

Bloom Partners has been engaged by a Commercial Landscape company in the Hialeah, FL market to recruit and hire a Lawn Care Manager to join their Lawn Care Division.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED or six (6) months to one (1) year of related experience and/or training in agronomy, horticulture, and/or customer service, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Must possess a valid Florida driver's license.

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

• Apply fertilizers and pesticides to lawns in accordance with established schedules, safety procedures, and label instructions.
• Respond promptly to customer requests for telephone and in-person service visits.
• Complete necessary production forms and follow customer instructions.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and general maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
• Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness of the facility.
• Address any miscellaneous issues that may arise in day-to-day operations.

Required Skills:

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Proficient mathematical skills for calculating figures and amounts, including square footage, percentages, and discounts.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with punctuality for on-time attendance.
