Goldenrod Companies is growing… and we’re looking for a design-driven Interior Designer to help shape some of the most exciting projects in our pipeline.
This isn’t just picking finishes — this is owning the look, feel, and experience across multifamily, hospitality, BTR, and commercial developments.
Backed by a $3B+ platform , you’ll be designing within a fully integrated developer with real projects, real pipeline, and real impact.
What You’ll Do
• Lead interior design from concept → completion
• Build out finish palettes, materials, and FF&E selections
• Present design visions to leadership + key stakeholders
• Partner closely with development + construction teams
• Ensure designs align with budget, schedule, and execution
• Help create consistent branding + elevated design standards
• Manage multiple projects across different phases

Who We’re Looking For
• 5+ years in interior design (multifamily, hospitality, or commercial)
• Background with a design or architecture firm
• Experience leading projects from concept through construction
• Strong with AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite, etc.
• Someone who can balance great design with real-world buildability
