NOW Courier is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Independent Contractor to handle a new, dedicated distribution route within our established Evansville, IN operation. This is a consistent, high-revenue opportunity requiring a Large SUV or Minivan vehicle. We believe every delivery is more than just a drop-off—it’s an opportunity to make someone's day.

Your Mission

• Deliver with Clockwork Precision: Ensure that cargo is picked up and delivered to our valued customers on time, maintaining NOW Courier's reputation for reliability and punctuality.
• Route Mastery: Utilize GPS or mapping software to plan and follow efficient routes, ensuring timely deliveries and optimal fuel usage.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers with professionalism and warmth, handling questions or issues with empathy.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Think quickly and adapt when faced with challenges such as traffic delays or address changes to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries.

Route Details & Schedule (Evansville Area)

• Compensation: $190/day completed (Route Guarantee).
• Schedule: 4 days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
• Start/End Time: 7:00 AM Start, typically completing the route by 3:00 PM or completion.
• Required Vehicle: Minivan or larger.
• Weekly Mileage: Approximately 800 miles.
• Daily Stops: Averages 20 to 40 stops daily.
• Geographical Area: Evansville area, covering assigned zip codes including 47501, 47512, 47516, 47524, 47528, 47535, 47557, 47561, 47567, 47568, 47573, 47578, 47596, 47597, 47598, 47639, 47640, 47647, 47648, 47649, 47654, 47660, 47665, 47666, 47670, 47683, 47591, 47553, and 47660.
• Sorting: None required.

Requirements

Vehicle Requirements:

• Candidates must possess a Minivan or larger .
• The vehicle must be 2016 model year or newer . This ensures the vehicle meets modern safety and reliability standards and provides adequate space for cargo.

To maintain our industry-leading fleet of professional drivers, you must meet the following:

• Age: Be at least 21 years of age.
• Vehicle: Own a vehicle that can pass a multi-point inspection and is suitable for delivery.
• Smartphone: Possess a smartphone capable of running our driver app.
• Licensing & Insurance: Hold a valid driver's license and commercial insurance coverage with a minimum of $300,000 combined single limit liability.
• Pre-Employment Screening: You must successfully pass a comprehensive pre-employment process before beginning work, which includes a: Driving History Review (past 36 months), Criminal Background Check, and Substance Abuse (Drug) Screening.
