We are a trusted name in the Capital Region for custom home renovations, kitchen remodels, and fine carpentry. We’re looking for an experienced General Contractor with a strong background in finish carpentry—including cabinetry and crown molding—and the leadership skills to manage crews and projects with precision.

?? What You'll Do
Lead residential renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction
Work hands-on with custom cabinetry, millwork, trim, and crown molding installations
Supervise subcontractors and in-house carpenters, ensuring all work aligns with project timelines and standards
Coordinate schedules, materials, inspections, and jobsite safety protocols
Collaborate directly with the owner and project team to deliver high-end, detail-oriented renovations
?? What You Bring
5+ years of residential construction experience, with a focus on custom carpentry and finish work
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a jobsite independently
Proven expertise in cabinetry, crown molding, and fine carpentry techniques
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specs
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (company vehicle or allowance may be provided)
OSHA certification, Lead Safety certification, or willingness to obtain preferred
