We currently have several openings for Full-Time Board Eligible/Certified General Gastroenterologists at our Bellevue, Puyallup, and Tacoma locations. Join our well-established community-based practice with a pathway to partnership. These roles are outpatient-focused, offering a balanced work/life schedule with a 4-day work week and on-call duties no more than 1:6.

Our organization is recognized as the foremost GI practice in Washington State. With over 30 Board-Certified Gastroenterologists and 20 Advanced Practitioners, we provide a range of clinical, endoscopic, and laboratory services across 15 locations in Western Washington. Our clinical offerings include Hemorrhoid Banding, Capsule Endoscopy, Breath Tests, Manometry/pH studies, ERCP, EUS, and Infusion services. In our Endoscopy Centers, we utilize cutting-edge technology for procedures such as colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, and esophageal dilation.

Our locations are strategically situated, offering easy access to the stunning Puget Sound and Mount Rainier, along with numerous recreational activities. The region is home to professional sports teams like the Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Sounders FC, Seattle Mariners, and the new NHL team, the Seattle Kraken. For those who appreciate craft beverages, there are numerous breweries and wineries, as well as local coffee roasters. With a variety of museums and year-round outdoor activities, the Puget Sound area has something for everyone.

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package that includes:

• Full-time employees (30 or more hours per week) and their families are eligible for medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, accidental death and dismemberment, and basic life insurance .
• A 401(k) plan with maximum employer contributions for physicians.
• Five weeks of annual vacation for employed physicians.
• A salaried position with a compensation range of $475,000 - $550,000 .
