Job Description

• Conduct flight and ground instruction for students pursuing helicopter pilot training & certifications.
• Educate, mentor and support students throughout their training, offering guidance and feedback to help them progress.
• Be a professional, with a safety first attitude and adhere to all aviation regulations and safety protocols.
• Conduct administrative tasks related to flight training operations as needed including keeping training records up to date.
• Support other helicopter flying operations as required including aircraft cleaning and passenger loading as needed.
• Interact with potential new students by email, phone, and in person.
• Conduct scenic tour operations

Job Requirements

• Hold a current FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Rotorcraft-Helicopter rating.
• Hold a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) certificate with Rotorcraft-Helicopter rating.
• Hold a minimum Class 2 medical.
• Minimum of 200 hours of helicopter total flight time.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to all aviation regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• ​ Robinson R22 Beta II & R44Raven II experience
