We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Search with expertise in desk research methodologies, particularly in market mapping and name generation. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional assessment skills and a background in SHREK (Skills, Habits, Relationships, Experience, and Knowledge) retained search methodology. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive desk research and market mapping to identify top talent in software, electrical engineering, automotive, and related fields. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to generate candidate leads and maintain a robust talent pipeline. Collaborate with hiring managers and executive leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Conduct initial screenings and assessments of potential candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Utilize SHREK methodology to provide in-depth candidate assessments and recommendations to stakeholders. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals to expand the talent network. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in executive recruiting. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. 4+ years with proven experience as an Executive Search Sourcer, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, high‑growth or technology‑driven environment. Proficiency in desk research methodologies, market mapping, and name generation techniques. Strong understanding of SHREK retained search methodology. Exceptional assessment skills with the ability to evaluate candidates against specific criteria and organizational needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
