Think Tell Junction We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Event Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in planning, organizing, and executing a wide variety of events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event management and exceptional multitasking abilities, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned and executed to deliver memorable experiences for our clients and attendees. 

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of corporate and private events from start to finish.
• Develop detailed event proposals and timelines to ensure smooth project management.
• Collaborate with vendors, venues, and service providers to negotiate contracts and secure necessary resources.
• Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown ensuring all logistical elements function seamlessly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role with a track record of successful event execution.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and vendors.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial tracking related to event planning.
