Walker White Mechanical, a trusted leader in  HVAC, plumbing, and sheet metal fabrication  in the Greater Columbia, SC area, is now accepting applications for our 2026 Entry-Level Apprenticeship Program . This  four-year paid apprenticeship  provides hands-on, classroom, and on-the-job training in  Sheet Metal, Plumbing, HVAC, and/or Pipefitting , setting you up for a long-term, rewarding career in the skilled trades.

What You’ll Learn & Do

• Assist journeymen and experienced professionals on HVAC, plumbing, pipefitting, and sheet metal projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics
• Safely use hand and power tools, equipment, and materials
• Follow all job-site safety standards and protocols
• Build the technical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills needed for a successful career over the next four years

Who Should Apply?

• High school seniors or recent graduates (we’ll work around your graduation schedule)
• Individuals with  little or no experience —we provide all training
• Anyone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and building something tangible
