English Teacher (Grades 5-8)
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher to join our middle school team, inspiring students in grades 5 through 8 to develop their language skills, critical thinking, and love for literature. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards for grades 5-8
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback

- Incorporate diverse teaching methods and educational technology to enhance learning experiences
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and behavior
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and school initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assessments
Requirements:Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in middle school or equivalent setting
- Strong knowledge of English language arts curriculum and instructional strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs
- Passion for education and student development
- Familiarity with educational technology and classroom management tools
