K Con is one of Washington’s fastest growing commercial and residential land development contractors. We are looking for an Earthworks Foremen who has experience in overseeing crews and knowledge in earthwork operations on residential and commercial projects. We have projects located within the greater Seattle area, North King, Snohomish County and now including Kittitas County. Come join our K Con team!

This position is for leaders who are safe, skilled, and productive. Pride in workmanship, equipment, vehicles, and tools is a must. Candidates should be able to lead crew members and manage day to day site needs. Must be willing to help train and develop personnel. Site safety as well as equipment safety is a top priority.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in heavy earthworks, commercial and residential land development.
• Must be able to review and interpret plans and specifications as well as implement them.
• Able to work and communicate well with construction inspectors and project managers.
• Possess clear oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to plan and oversee work, know what you need and when you need it.
• Understand how projects are bid and drive production.
• Ability to foresee and overcome problems.
• Exhibits integrity & ethical behavior in all facets of duties. Being safety conscious and making it a crew priority.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must possess a clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time (40+ hours)

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour based on experience.
