Position: Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Jonesbororealtycompany. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting and managing large amounts of data into our system. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and manage large amounts of data into our system
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data
- Maintain electronic and paper records
- Organize and maintain files and databases
- Assist with data entry projects as assigned
- Communicate with team members to ensure data is entered correctly and in a timely manner
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies in data
- Keep sensitive information confidential
- Follow company policies and procedures for data entry and record keeping
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data programs
- Knowledge of data entry procedures and best practices
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
