Data Entry Clerk

Swipe Say Easy is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our Atlanta, GA office. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data systems while supporting various operational tasks. Location: Atlanta, GA Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $15.50 - $24.00 hourly (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately into company databases and systems.
• Verify the accuracy of information by cross-referencing source documents.
• Maintain organized and secure electronic and paper filing systems.
• Assist in generating reports and summaries based on collected data.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure data integrity.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
