Overtime: Available (1 hour early weekdays or 8-hour Saturdays)
Experience Level: Entry to Mid-Level (2+ years CNC experience preferred)

This CNC Mill / Lathe Machinist role supports multi-axis machining operations in a clean, structured, and climate-controlled environment.

\n

This is a stable, process-driven manufacturing operation — not a chaotic job shop.

\n

The Work You’ll Be Doing\n

In this role, you will:

\n

\n
• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes
\n
• Load programs and verify machine setups
\n
• Install tooling and set work offsets
\n
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
\n
• Perform in-process and final inspections
\n
• Make minor offset adjustments as needed
\n
• Safely use overhead cranes for material handling
\n
• Monitor machines for proper operation
\n
• Maintain production documentation
\n
• Keep a clean and organized workspace
\n

You’ll be part of a collaborative, team-focused production environment.

What We’re Looking For\n

Required:

\n

\n
• High school diploma or GED
\n
• 2+ years of CNC machining experience preferred
\n
• Experience operating CNC mills or lathes
\n
• Ability to read blueprints
\n
• Comfortable performing inspections
\n
• Safety-focused mindset
\n

\n

Preferred:

\n

\n
• Experience with both mills and lathes
\n
• Experience using overhead cranes
\n
• Ability to make minor program edits
\n
• Experience machining plastics
\n

\n

Pay, Benefits & Schedule\n

Pay Range: $23 – $30/hr (DOE)

2nd Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Mon–Fri)

• Start 1 hour early during weekdays
• 8-hour Saturday shifts available
