What You’ll Do

1. Provide hands-on care and support to residents overnight
2. Assist with activities of daily living and comfort needs
3. Monitor residents and report any changes in condition
4. Work closely with nursing staff to ensure quality care
5. Maintain a safe, calm, and respectful environment

What We’re Looking For

1. Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Alabama
2. Long-term care experience preferred but not required
3. Strong communication and teamwork skills
4. Dependable and compassionate
