About the Role
The Company is in search of a visionary and innovative Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead its strategic, operational, and financial activities. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and implementing high-level strategies to ensure the company's profitability and growth, while also guiding the organization towards new technological advancements and market trends. This role demands a seasoned leader with a proven track record in the tech services industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep passion for technology. As the CEO, you will be responsible for all aspects of the business, including operations management, financial planning, business development, stakeholder management, and team development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate finance, performance management, and diverse business functions. An entrepreneurial mindset, analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar leadership role within the tech services industry, along with a relevant MSc/MA degree, is required. A PhD is a plus, and a demonstrated ability to facilitate organizational change, develop successful strategic plans, and a strong aptitude for decision-making and problem-solving are also key qualifications.
