Customer Service Representatives are vital to our mission, taking inbound calls and providing support that strengthens connections between Spectrum and our residential customers.As a Customer Service Rep with a focus on Internet and Voice Repair, you'll provide customer support by phone, troubleshoot internet and phone technical issues, and handle basic billing inquiries and payments.
