Duties & Responsibilities
· Interpret construction drawings, and specifications.
· Analyze project data (labor, materials, equipment, site conditions) to produce accurate, timely cost estimates
· Create budgets and bid documents using strong analytical and mathematical skills
· Support preconstruction and communicate estimates clearly
